So to take shower, use the sink or toilet WE have to purchase a Generator 1st ?? For couple thou, owner could have purchased a good generator AND hooked it up so New owner could pee and have a cup of coffee on losing day... Not even solar hooked up ?? I don't understand why people think this is ok to sell new property like this... Makes one wonder is something wrong w Well, or electrical wiring ??

Why didn't they simply do a 4' freeze wall and slab foundation? It would last forever and the cabin would be much easier to heat in the winter!

lots of possibilities there, though selling such a big place with only 6 acres seems like a mistake. I'm guessing with the taxes to be determined this is subdivided off the original much larger acreage.
